International Technical Recruiter – US Experience (Telecom/IT)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive international experience to lead talent acquisition for telecom and IT positions. The role operates on US Central Time (7 pm‑4 am Pakistan Time) and focuses on sourcing top‑tier technical talent across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles such as RF Engineers, Software Developers, Cloud Architects, and Network Specialists.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and build high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Handle multiple high‑volume requisitions while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track progress and keep accurate records.
• Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regional talent availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on international hiring.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Proven success recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
