International Technical Recruiter – US Market (Telecom/ICT)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to lead international talent acquisition for the US market in the telecom and ICT sectors. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top‑tier technical professionals across global markets while working closely with hiring managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical positions such as RF engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and network specialists.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and build high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on international hiring.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Proven success recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
• Strong understanding of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
