International Tour Consultant – Customized Packages

About the role

Travocom (Pvt.) Limited is seeking an experienced International Tour Consultant to design and sell customized holiday packages for individuals, couples and families. The role is based onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi and focuses on converting inbound leads into confirmed international bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries for international tours.
• Analyse travel dates, budget, preferences and visa requirements.
• Recommend suitable destinations and travel options.
• Create day‑wise itineraries and comprehensive quotations covering flights, hotels, transfers, visas and activities.
• Follow up professionally to convert leads into bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for smooth execution.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international tour sales and customized package planning.
• Hands‑on experience creating packages for popular destinations such as Dubai, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Azerbaijan and Europe.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and itineraries simultaneously.
• Direct customer handling and strong sales conversion skills.
