Inventory Management Officer

About the role

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Management Officer to oversee inventory operations in Lahore. The role focuses on accurate stock control, optimal inventory levels, and supporting demand forecasting to meet the organization’s supply needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Use Excel extensively to analyse data, prepare reports, and support forecasting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to align supply‑chain activities.
• Update and track inventory status in real‑time using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Assist in inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyse consumption patterns to optimise turnover and reduce carrying costs.
• Collaborate with procurement for timely ordering and delivery.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and participate in related projects.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain coordination.
• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
• Proactive collaboration with other departments.
