Investment Operations Coordinator

About the role

Touchstone Communications is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its investment campaign. The role covers coordinating administrative activities, managing client information, supporting internal teams and keeping communication smooth across stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments and meetings; organize meetings, prepare agendas and compile materials
• Maintain and update client records, documentation and filing systems accurately and confidentially
• Handle professional correspondence, including emails, phone inquiries and follow-ups
• Prepare reports and presentations and perform accurate data entry
• Work with internal departments to resolve client and operational issues on time
• Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system and track pending action items
• Support operational processes, assist management with administrative and operational tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in administration, operations, client support or coordination preferred
• Background or exposure to financial services or investment is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, time management and attention to detail
• Professionalism, discretion and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho (an advantage)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
