IP Edge Back Office Manager – North Region

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a proactive Manager to lead the IP Edge Back Office operations for the North region. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a seamless digital experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day CMS operations with a target of 99.9% system uptime.
• Oversee content integration, formatting, and publishing workflows across all digital channels.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts with IT, Marketing, and vendor teams.
• Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve fault tickets within SLA limits.
• Analyze user engagement and platform performance metrics and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and digital governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing digital platforms, IT systems, or CMS operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate performance insights.
