IT & Cloud Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for an IT & Cloud Specialist to manage and secure its cloud services, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoints, network infrastructure, and AI platforms. The role ensures reliable, secure, and policy‑compliant IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user permissions, security, and licensing.
• Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint lifecycle.
• Oversee endpoint protection, EDR/antivirus, encryption, firewalls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Administer AWS infrastructure, IAM, security monitoring, networking, backups, and cost optimization.
• Configure and support AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, handling user access, licensing, and usage policies.
• Monitor network health, performance, bandwidth, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain Cisco switches, VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation.
• Manage UniFi UDM Pro Max, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, WAN connectivity, and SD‑WAN failover.
• Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, documentation, SOPs, vendor coordination, and infrastructure improvements.
• Enforce security standards, MFA, least‑privilege access, and company IT policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
• Proven background in endpoint security and AWS cloud management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Cisco networking and UniFi/SD‑WAN solutions.
• Familiarity with AI platform administration and network monitoring tools.
