IT, ERP & Business Transformation Lead

About the role

We are looking for an IT, ERP & Business Transformation Lead to drive the optimisation of our technology landscape and digital initiatives. Based in Lahore, the executive will oversee the IT infrastructure, SAP Business One environment and support the company’s journey towards greater automation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review the current SAP Business One implementation, identify gaps and under‑utilised functionality.
• Configure, enhance, integrate and optimise ERP modules and related business processes.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants, implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Map existing business processes and translate operational requirements into effective ERP workflows.
• Improve integration between Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales and other functions.
• Reduce manual, Excel‑based and off‑system activities through automation and digitalisation.
• Develop and enhance management dashboards, KPI reports and automated reporting tools.
• Strengthen master data management, data accuracy, system controls, approval workflows and audit trails.
• Support the implementation and integration of HRMS and other business applications.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, system connectivity and related technology resources.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data security, business continuity and enforce IT policies.
• Provide end‑user training, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site professional based in Lahore.
• Proven experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
• Background in managing IT infrastructure and leading digital transformation projects.
