IT Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

About the role

Blueridge Global Partners Inc. is looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale hybrid computing environments. The role bridges traditional IT infrastructure with specialized hardware engineering workflows, ensuring high‑performance resources are secure, resilient, and optimally managed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
• Design, build, and operate on‑premises and hybrid Linux server environments, focusing on performance and observability.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and promote cloud‑native patterns for private and public solutions.
• Manage self‑deployed GitLab and email servers, interact with MySQL databases, and troubleshoot complex networking (DNS, firewalls, routing, VPNs, load balancing).
• Champion DevSecOps practices, including GitOps pipelines, key management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Support EDA toolchains (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) and manage FlexLM/FlexNet license systems.
• Configure and maintain GPU/FPGA compute environments and automate hardware‑level test integration.
• Collaborate with Physical Design, Verification, Firmware, compiler, AI stack, and middleware teams to drive hardware/software co‑design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience working in cross‑functional hardware‑software teams.
