IT Sales & Business Development Manager - AI & Software Solutions

About the role

A growing company is looking for a confident, persuasive and results-driven IT Sales & Business Development Manager to expand its services and build a dedicated technology division covering Agentic AI, AI-powered software development, intelligent automation, SaaS solutions and custom software. This is a client-facing, onsite, full-time role based in DHA Lahore, focused on leading meetings with potential clients, negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value projects.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery calls, client meetings and presentations with CEOs, founders and executives, and turn business challenges into technology solutions.
• Present AI and software solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, handle objections and negotiate pricing, scope and timelines.
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline, build urgency and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure repeat business.
• Work with AI, product and software teams on solution scoping and proposals, and hand off closed deals to delivery.
• Keep opportunity and deal records in the CRM, maintain sales forecasts and monitor competitors and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B, technology, software, SaaS or IT services sales, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong experience in client-facing meetings, discovery calls and sales presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Confident communicating with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Strong commercial awareness of the B2B sales cycle and excellent English.
• Experience with international clients (US, Canada, Europe, UAE) is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of software development, SaaS, AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Preferred: experience selling Agentic AI, AI automation, AI agents, SaaS, custom software, enterprise software, digital transformation, CRM/ERP, cloud software or technology consulting.
