About the role
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance, maintaining our digital platforms, and ensuring smooth operation of online learning tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Update and oversee the company website.
- Administer digital collaboration tools such as Zoom and other online meeting platforms.
- Provide general IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist staff with technical problems.
- Perform additional IT‑related tasks as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Basic website management.
- Familiarity with Zoom and other online collaboration tools.
- Understanding of computer systems, networking, and software installation.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
