IT Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide Level 2/3 technical assistance to end users and ensure the reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. The role involves managing Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 services, and supporting virtualization and network connectivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 technical support for end users, devices, and business applications.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online.
• Manage endpoint deployment, security, compliance, and device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune.
• Support virtualization and VDI platforms, oversee backups, disaster recovery, and monitor system performance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, and other network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware lifecycle, and warranty management.
• Ensure SLA‑driven service delivery, documentation, cybersecurity compliance, and adherence to HSE standards.
• Contribute to enterprise IT projects and Microsoft 365 initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration or Infrastructure Operations.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ‑104), Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Identity & Access Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation.
