IT Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance and keep our office IT systems running smoothly. The role involves supporting employees, maintaining hardware, and exploring AI tools to improve support efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard software.
• Provide basic technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with LAN setup, Wi‑Fi configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot office hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and equipment.
• Use AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide timely support.

Required skills

• Windows OS installation, configuration, and software deployment.
• Basic LAN and Wi‑Fi router/access‑point knowledge.
• Network troubleshooting.
