Java Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions that meet business expectations. The role involves working on BPM platforms, micro‑services, and API gateways while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement micro‑services using Spring Boot, Spring JDBC and related frameworks.
• Develop front‑end components with React JS and Bootstrap.
• Integrate and maintain BPM solutions such as IBM BAW and Camunda.
• Configure and manage middleware components like WebLogic, WebSphere, and API Connect.
• Oversee development and BAU activities, enforcing quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital assets with MOFT implementation standards.
• Continuously up‑skill and explore innovative technologies to improve solution delivery.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of experience in end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise software applications.
• Strong background in banking or financial services applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables.
• Analytical mindset with solid decision‑making skills.
