Jazz Business Consultant

About the role

The Jazz Business Consultant partners with corporate clients to understand their connectivity needs and deliver customized Fixed Connectivity solutions. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring client retention, and achieving sales targets within the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with B2B large accounts to assess business requirements and sell tailored solutions such as CIR, MPLS (L2/L3), VPN, SD‑WAN, and networking equipment.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets across Fixed Connectivity and ICT product lines.
• Manage an assigned portfolio to drive customer retention, achieve recovery targets, and minimize churn.
• Conduct at least three daily visits to large accounts, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Proactively hunt new accounts to expand the client base within the Fixed Connectivity domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote new product offerings and ensure superior service.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including Pre‑Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Product—to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalisation, big data, security, ad‑tech, IT hardware sales, and IoT.
• Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within telecom or ICT services.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio, and handle multiple client engagements.
