About the role
This junior-level position is ideal for candidates starting their accounting careers, working within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Track client payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Maintain accounts receivable ledgers
- Assist with routine accounts reporting and ensure accurate financial records
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in invoicing, bank reconciliation, client payments, and accounting operations
- Knowledge of accounting principles, ledger maintenance, and accounts receivable
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
