About the role
PROF is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Lahore, working on site. The role suits someone with hands-on experience in purchase order and invoice processing who is comfortable working the UK shift (PST 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM ECT).
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage purchase orders.
- Generate and process customer and vendor invoices.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for approvals and payments.
- Assist with reconciliations and routine accounting tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (essential).
- Experience with Xero (preferred).
