Sales Verification Consultant (Med Alert Closer)

About the role

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Verification Consultant to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. The role works the night shift and focuses on verifying sales for the MedAlert campaign, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate verification records.
• Coordinate with sales and quality‑assurance teams and meet daily/weekly verification targets.
• Stay available for overtime, additional training, or performance‑improvement sessions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign.
• Excellent English communication, strong verbal and listening skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude with strong customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts; regular students are not eligible.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
