Junior Cold Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cold Chain Manager to lead the distribution network for temperature‑sensitive products in Islamabad. The role combines hands‑on management of distributors with oversight of storage and transport processes to ensure product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation, storage and distribution of temperature‑sensitive goods, maintaining cold‑chain integrity.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety regulations and internal quality standards.
• Implement process‑optimization initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency and limit temperature deviations.
• Utilize temperature‑tracking systems and data‑analytics tools for real‑time monitoring.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses and suppliers to sustain seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in cold‑chain logistics, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring devices.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
