Junior Compliance Administrator

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Administrator to support its regulatory compliance work. The role helps with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes so that client onboarding and transaction monitoring meet internal and external regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out KYC verification and AML screening during client onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions in line with AML regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and client records.
• Help implement and improve KYC/AML policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Stay up to date on changes in AML, KYC and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) requirements.
• Work with the operations and risk teams to ensure compliance with compliance frameworks.
• Help deliver compliance training and awareness sessions to staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field; fresh graduates with a legal background are encouraged to apply.
• 0-1 years of experience in KYC, AML or compliance; internship experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of global AML regulations, sanctions screening and customer due diligence (CDD/EDD).
• Integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and investigation skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance tools such as World-Check or Refinitiv.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
