Junior Content & Social Media Executive

About the role

WildNest is seeking a Junior Content & Social Media Executive to support multiple client accounts. The role focuses on planning, creating, and managing short‑form content that resonates across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for 5–6 client accounts.
• Research social media trends and propose fresh content ideas.
• Conceptualise reels, short‑form videos and visual posts.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure creative alignment.
• Capture on‑site content using a smartphone during client shoots.
• Provide clear direction and references to the editing team.
• Identify and shortlist influencers based on brand relevance, audience and budget.
• Stay updated on emerging formats, platform updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• Passion for social media trends and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent brainstorming and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in reels and shooting basic content on a smartphone.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Experience with short‑form content creation and trend research.
• Smartphone videography and basic content shooting.
