Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to support our fundraising and outreach efforts. Working fully remotely, you will help create and optimise media campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok while managing content for video appeals.

Key responsibilities

• Source and curate short‑form content from TikTok and Instagram for fundraising video appeals.
• Search clients' Google Drive for case studies, B‑Roll and other assets to pass to the video editor.
• Download and organise assets in the Meta Ad Library.
• Set up and launch media‑buying campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, including audience selection and bidding strategies.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering ad spend, revenue and ROAS.
• Use Canva, Google Sheets, Slack, GA4 and FundraiseUp to build and present reports.
• Prepare monthly deep‑dive analyses of top‑performing creatives, audiences and overall ad performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Available to work UK business hours, with flexibility.
• Full‑time commitment (40+ hours per week), Monday‑Friday.
• Willing to complete a 2‑month probationary period.
