Junior Full-Stack AI Developer

About the role

We are building an AI‑powered platform and need a junior full‑stack developer to contribute end‑to‑end features under senior guidance. You will work on a NestJS backend and a React frontend, delivering data‑heavy dashboards and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack features using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, NestJS) following clean architecture.
• Implement backend pipelines, queues (BullMQ), and LLM integrations (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) with REST APIs, Swagger documentation and role‑based access control.
• Build frontend components for multi‑step assessment workflows, multi‑tenant dashboards, permissions and multilingual UI.
• Process documents (PDF, Excel/CSV, images) at scale using LLMs for extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices, authentication/authorization and data protection standards.
• Monitor and debug applications using Sentry, Winston and improve system stability and performance.

Required profile

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for both backend and frontend development.
• Familiarity with NestJS, React (hooks, component composition) and basic experience with Express.js.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL schema design, migrations and ORM usage.
• Basic knowledge of Redis, BullMQ for caching and async job queues.
• Interest in AI/LLM integration and document processing, with willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
