Junior Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Hardware Design Engineer to join our electronics team at 3D Cube Design Studio in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for turning concepts into functional electronic hardware, from schematic design through prototype testing and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Design electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Develop and validate hardware prototypes.
• Perform hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams.
• Prepare bills of materials, documentation, and support manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hardware design.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, and USB.
• Hands‑on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
