Junior HR Generalist – People & Recruitment Associate

About the role

FalconXoft is looking for a Junior HR Generalist to own recruitment and people operations. You will work closely with the CEO, helping to build the team that delivers software and AI solutions for clients across the US, UK and the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruitment: write job ads, source candidates, screen and manage the hiring pipeline.
• Conduct performance, probation and exit conversations with candor and care.
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts and handbook updates, coordinating legal review when needed.
• Oversee people‑operations tasks such as onboarding, leave management and employee records.
• Support performance reviews, promotions and enforce accountability standards.
• Leverage modern tools, including AI, to accelerate HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Psychology or Business preferred).
• 0‑2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
• Clear, kind and direct communicator comfortable with difficult conversations.
• High level of discretion and follow‑through when handling sensitive information.
• Coachable, ambitious and eager to grow with the company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using job boards and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
