Junior Recruiter (Female)

About the role

Devinity Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Junior Recruiter to join its HR team. The role is full-time and onsite, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Candidates must have at least one year of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to find and attract candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment platforms
• Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates according to job requirements
• Conducting initial screening calls and assessing communication skills and suitability
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment records
• Meeting recruitment targets and contributing to the overall hiring process

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals
