Junior Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Social Media Executive to support the daily execution of our social media strategy. The role involves creating, publishing, and monitoring content across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content on various social media channels.
• Maintain and coordinate the social media content calendar.
• Assist in content planning and campaign execution.
• Contribute ideas for content strategy and social media growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithms.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and scheduling of content.
• Monitor performance metrics and support ongoing optimisation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Ability to oversee content publishing across platforms and maintain a content calendar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and algorithms.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to meet publishing schedules.
