About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Visa Consultant to join our travel services team. You will assist clients in preparing and submitting visit visa applications for multiple destinations, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review visa applications for the USA, Canada, UK, Schengen area, Australia, and other destinations.
• Verify that all required documentation meets eligibility criteria.
• Provide clear guidance to clients on visa requirements and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and correspondence with immigration authorities.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with knowledge of various visit‑visa processes.
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
