Junior Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, organized storage and timely dispatch of luxury fashion products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and log incoming materials, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage storage, tagging and categorisation of inventory with high attention to detail.
• Support timely issuance of materials to production departments.
• Assist in order picking, packing and dispatch, focusing on quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse while following safety standards.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and support audit activities.
• Prepare warehouse reporting and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics and service teams to resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Organised, dependable and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work well within a team and coordinate across functions.
• Passion for fashion and handling luxury brand standards.
• Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
• Physically able to lift or move stock as required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with inventory systems.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools.
