About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trucking Dispatch Agent to join our logistics team. This full‑time, on‑site position works the evening shift from 4:30 pm to 2:00 am and involves coordinating truck movements to meet client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks for the company based on client orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch performance against targets and adjust assignments as needed.
- Record dispatch activities and update relevant systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience as a truck dispatcher in the trucking industry.
- Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
- Prior experience in U.S. truck dispatching is preferred.
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
