Key Account Manager – Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of strategic electronics accounts. You will act as the primary liaison for high‑value clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic accounts, focusing on growth and retention.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with decision‑makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape effective account strategies.
• Report regularly on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high‑value accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market and sales data.
• Fluent in English and the local language(s) relevant to the market.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
