Key Account Sales – Financial Services & Industry

About the role

The Key Account Sales professional will own the development of strategic accounts across multiple industry verticals, driving revenue growth and ensuring successful project delivery from pre‑sales through post‑sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage focus Key Accounts, exploring new project opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets for each assigned account.
• Lead pre‑sales and post‑sales teams on key projects, coordinating internal resources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Educate clients, conduct product demonstrations at trade shows, and generate leads for future sales.
• Track, report and analyse sales performance in an organized manner.
• Lead project reviews with internal teams and communicate effectively across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant fields.
• Proven experience engaging end‑users and key customers.
• Knowledge of specific industry sectors such as Telecom/ISP, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, or multinational enterprises.
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
