About the role
The Key Account Sales Manager will lead the development and management of strategic enterprise and government accounts within Pakistan's ICT sector. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing the company at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise and government customers.
- Organise seminars, workshops, partner days and other customer‑focused activities.
- Educate clients and conduct product demonstrations at trade shows.
- Generate and qualify leads for future sales opportunities.
- Set, pursue and exceed sales quotas.
- Collect and analyse competitor market information.
- Track and report sales performance in an organised manner.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 8 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT.
- Strong work ethic, communication skills and ability to travel for business.
- Deep knowledge of the Pakistan ICT market and industry contacts.
- Fluent English is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with HPE/Aruba, Dell, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Inspur or ipTIME products.
