Sales Calling Executive (Outbound Telesales)

About the role

Azam Enterprises is hiring experienced, confident and result-oriented Sales Calling Executives for its growing sales team, based in Clifton, Karachi. The position is full-time and focuses on outbound sales calling, with a starting salary of PKR 65,000 plus attractive commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Communicate product information and explain benefits to customers.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer follow-ups and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and build customer relationships for repeat business.

Required profile

• Intermediate (12th standard), graduation, BBA or ACCA.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in outbound call-center sales.
• Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales deals.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Target-oriented, confident, disciplined and professional attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.
