Lead Generation Executive (Outbound Cold Calling)

About the role

A US-based call-center operation with a team based in Karachi is hiring a Lead Generation Executive. The role focuses on lead generation through outbound cold calling and prospect qualification, and is not a sales-closing position. The executive builds a reliable pipeline of relevant prospects and gives clear, accurate information to the team handling follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify and engage potential prospects using approved calling lists and scripts.
• Ask basic qualifying questions, confirm relevant details and assess whether a prospect meets campaign criteria.
• Record call outcomes, prospect information and follow-up requirements accurately in the designated system.
• Maintain a professional manner, follow calling procedures, data-handling requirements and quality standards.
• Work toward agreed activity and lead-quality targets and coordinate with supervisors according to the shift schedule.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English with confident, professional conversational skills.
• Ability to initiate cold calls, keep conversations focused without pressuring prospects, and strong listening and questioning skills.
• Previous outbound calling or lead-generation experience is useful; sales-closing experience is not required.
• Reliable attendance, time management, attention to detail and willingness to follow scripts and call procedures.
