Lead Governance & Responsible AI

About the role

JazzWorld is looking for a strategic governance expert to establish and lead its Responsible AI framework. The Lead Governance & Responsible AI will ensure AI solutions are secure, ethical, transparent, and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise Responsible AI policies, standards, and governance mechanisms.
• Establish AI risk management, model assurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Develop controls for fairness, explainability, privacy, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
• Conduct governance reviews and risk assessments for AI initiatives across the enterprise.
• Monitor evolving AI regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Security, and Technology teams on AI governance matters.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Responsible AI principles organization‑wide.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model risk, and regulatory frameworks such as ISO, SOC 2, GDPR.
• Proven experience designing governance and assurance frameworks at enterprise scale.
• Excellent policy development, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
