Lead, Learning & Employer Branding

About the role

Gatronova is seeking an energetic, execution‑focused professional to lead Learning and Employer Branding initiatives from its Karachi Head Office. This line‑management position blends talent development with brand strategy, ensuring the company is seen as an employer of choice while building capability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver learning programs for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Manage the annual training calendar, vendor relationships and L&D budgets.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and ROI metrics.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning across the Group.
• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns on LinkedIn, job boards and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and leadership to craft compelling Employee Value Proposition messaging.
• Oversee university relations, career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Curate employee storytelling content that reflects Gatronova’s culture and values.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employer Branding or HR Communications.
• Hands‑on experience delivering training programs and branding campaigns.
• Strong written and visual content creation abilities.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and social‑media/employer‑branding tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in a large‑scale manufacturing, FMCG or industrial group is a plus.
