Lead Supply Chain & Production Operations – Skin Care

About the role

McMaster Supply Group is seeking a Lead to manage end‑to‑end supply chain and production operations for skin‑care brands. The role combines vendor management, costing, ERP oversight and e‑commerce coordination to ensure product availability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with packaging vendors, place purchase orders and monitor OTIF performance.
• Develop should‑cost models and calculate landed cost, create price ladders for direct‑to‑consumer and marketplace channels.
• Manage Odoo 18 product masters, bills of materials, routings, quality control points and batch parameters.
• Implement barcoding, QR codes, min‑max inventory levels and reorder rules to keep inventory accuracy above 98%.
• Lead ERP automation initiatives to improve production and supply‑chain traceability.
• Oversee e‑commerce operations, ensuring product data, inventory and order synchronization.
• Prepare weekly master production schedules and material requirement plans, coordinating with logistics partners.
• Conduct market research on pricing, packaging formats and product claims to support marketing.
• Ensure quality‑assurance compliance for toll‑manufactured batches and manage corrective actions.
• Plan and execute brand launches, aligning supply‑chain, marketing and sales teams.

Required profile

• Up to five years of relevant supply‑chain or production experience.
• Proven ability to lead a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on approach to brand launches and cross‑functional coordination.
