Lecturer – Business Management (Transnational Education)

About the role

The University of Faisalabad’s International Programs division seeks an experienced Lecturer in Business Management to deliver undergraduate modules within its Transnational Education (TNE) portfolio. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, internationally‑aligned environment and contribute to globally recognised business programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate Business Administration courses across TNE programmes.
• Design, develop and assess coursework in line with international academic standards and external quality‑assurance requirements.
• Support curriculum review, moderation processes and continuous improvement of course content.
• Mentor and guide students pursuing internationally validated qualifications.
• Collaborate with the International Programs team on academic planning, assessment boards and programme development.
• Promote a culture of academic rigor, innovation and global best practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign qualification) in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience in Transnational Education programmes, with proven familiarity with international quality‑assurance and external moderation.
• Strong command of core business subjects such as management, organisational behaviour and business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a diverse, internationally‑minded student body.
• Collaborative, quality‑driven approach to teaching and assessment.
