Legal Associate

About the role

CureMD is seeking a Legal Associate to support its senior legal team with contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. The role blends transactional work with dispute support and contributes to intellectual property protection and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Conduct legal research on data‑privacy, intellectual‑property, and corporate‑law regulatory changes.
• Assist pre‑litigation dispute management, prepare documentation and liaise with external counsel.
• Support protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual‑property portfolio.
• Help develop corporate‑governance policies and ensure cross‑departmental compliance.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior staff.
• Maintain communication with regulatory bodies and business partners.

Required profile

• L.L.B. or L.L.M. with at least 2 years of transaction/corporate experience (litigation experience preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and revising agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Competent in legal research.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (04:00 PM – 01:00 AM PKT).
