Legal Counsel (Corporate & Commercial)

About the role

Clearoute Inc. is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join its Pakistan team. The role focuses on providing corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory legal support to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, employment matters and regulatory compliance in Pakistan.
• Support company incorporation, corporate filings, board resolutions and shareholder documentation.
• Ensure company policies, contracts and business practices comply with applicable Pakistani laws.
• Assist with dispute resolution, legal notices and coordination with external counsel when required.
• Advise management on legal risk and deliver practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Maintain organized legal records, templates and documentation.
• Support HR and operations on employment‑related legal matters, including offer letters, terminations and contractor arrangements.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
• Licensed to practice law in Pakistan.
• 3–5 years of corporate/commercial legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, employment, contract and regulatory law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.
