Legal Management Executive

About the role

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) is looking for a Legal Management Executive to join its Lahore office. You will provide in‑house legal counsel across corporate, petroleum and regulatory matters, ensuring the company’s operations remain compliant and strategically protected.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice and coordinate with internal departments on substantive and procedural issues.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory and statutory changes, especially in oil and gas law.
• Participate in the resolution of corporate disputes and develop legal strategies.
• Draft a wide range of legal documents, powers of attorney, and correspondence with stakeholders and government bodies.
• Support senior lawyers by researching legal updates, judgments, and regulatory amendments.
• Facilitate corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, creating proactive legal defenses.

Required profile

• LLB or LLM from an HEC‑accredited institution.
• Up to 8 years of experience as an independent panel lawyer or in‑house counsel, focusing on corporate and petroleum law.
• Strong understanding of corporate, petroleum and related legal frameworks.
• Sound judgment and the ability to analyse critical situations.
