LinkedIn Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to join our Lahore office. You will be responsible for building our pipeline of B2B prospects through targeted LinkedIn outreach and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify potential clients on LinkedIn using advanced filters and Boolean queries.
• Send connection requests and personalized direct messages to engage prospects.
• Create and optimise LinkedIn personal and company profiles to improve visibility.
• Maintain structured lead lists and update CRM records regularly.
• Qualify leads, coordinate follow‑ups and share relevant company content.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, refine targeting strategies and report on results.

Required profile

• Strong LinkedIn research and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent written communication for crafting clear, professional messages.
• Experience with CRM or lead management tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales processes, especially in IT or software services.
• Attention to detail, organized and able to follow structured processes.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales or business development is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, IT or related field is a plus.
