About the role
We are seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Associate to expand our LinkedIn presence, identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert conversations into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish LinkedIn content to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manually engage with prospects through posts, comments, connection requests, and personalized messages.
- Manage outreach conversations, follow‑ups, meeting bookings, and help turn leads into clients.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth, content strategy, personal branding, and B2B outreach.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospect research, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable creating visual content, using AI tools, and managing outreach independently.
