LinkedIn Recruiter – US IT Staffing & Business Development (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to drive US IT staffing growth from our Faisalabad office. The role combines client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and full‑cycle recruitment to deliver high‑quality IT talent to US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and secure new US IT staffing clients.
• Source qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Headhunt, screen, and build pipelines of top technical talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Market bench consultants and create placement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing documentation, onboarding, and background‑check processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in US IT staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter/Recruiter Lite and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of US staffing contracts, compliance, and onboarding procedures.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to generate both clients and placements.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 40,000 – 45,000 plus an industry‑leading commission structure.
