About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a diligent Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of its mobile phone repair equipment and related machinery in Gujranwala. The role focuses on troubleshooting, routine inspections, and timely repairs to minimise downtime and maintain high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnosis, and repair of equipment using maintenance management systems.
• Study specialised materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone technology.
• Address customer inquiries, provide technical support, and maintain positive stakeholder relations.
• Assist managers with various tasks to improve operational performance.
• Provide timely feedback on issues and track resolution results.
• Cover service consultant duties when required and complete additional tasks assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Resides in Gujranwala.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to a long‑term career.
• Proactive, independent problem‑solver with no team‑management responsibilities.
