Managed Services Specialist – Fintech Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Managed Services Specialist to join Dost, a fast‑growing fintech startup in Karachi. The role combines finance knowledge with AI‑driven automation, ensuring our platform extracts and processes invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Train and label financial documents to improve AI extraction accuracy.
• Operate and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end document processing workflow.
• Monitor AI model performance, identify recurring errors and propose configuration improvements.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support active accounts and resolve complex processing issues.
• Handle edge‑case documents, ensuring correct interpretation and minimal manual intervention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology or related fields.
• Basic understanding of financial processes, accounts payable/receivable and data extraction from documents.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with AI model training and data labelling.
• Familiarity with document‑processing workflows.
