Management Accountant – Finance & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join our finance team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, owning the month‑end close process, and providing commercial insight to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and conduct detailed variance analysis.
• Own the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial models, acting as a business partner to operational teams.
• Manage all Pakistan tax requirements (WHT, sales tax, corporate income tax) and submit filings via the FBR portal.
• Maintain strong financial controls, monitor tax legislation changes, and identify reporting improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management accounting within an industry‑based finance function.
• Solid practical knowledge of Pakistan taxation and FBR portal compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Xero or Sage.
