About the role
The Branch Services Officer will support daily banking operations, ensuring smooth handling of customer requests related to transactions, cheque management, and fund transfers.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth handling of customer requests pertaining to transactions, cheque management, and fund transfers.
- Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to banking regulations and procedures.
- Maintain uninterrupted services at the cash counter.
Required profile
- Entry‑level graduate with a bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities and effective dealing strategies.
