Management Trainee – Learning & Development

About the role

The Management Trainee – Learning & Development will support the Human Capital Management team in planning, executing and tracking L&D, employee engagement, employer branding and organisational development initiatives across the company. The role ensures smooth coordination, accurate record‑keeping and timely stakeholder interaction to meet business and people objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning Needs Analysis meetings with heads of departments, business unit leaders and line managers, manage logistics and follow‑up on action items.
• Maintain learning databases, training trackers and employee training records, handle documentation, attendance and feedback reports.
• Assist with vendor payment processing for learning and engagement activities in line with procurement and finance procedures.
• Support Learning Management System administration, including user support, testing new features and troubleshooting.
• Prepare periodic learning reports, dashboards and participation analytics.
• Help execute learning awareness campaigns, employee development initiatives and wellness or engagement events, collecting participation data and feedback.
• Coordinate employer branding materials, manage inventory of notebooks, stationery, gift bags and promotional collateral for internal and external events.
• Update organisational charts, workforce structures and support organisational development surveys, assessments and reporting.
• Assist in launching new L&D programs and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
